Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Célum, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible. We partner with Shiprocket, India's leading logistics aggregator, to ship our products via premium courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and more).

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/Tier 3 cities): 4 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas / North-East: 5 to 9 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by regional holidays, weather conditions, or local courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹3999 across India.

  • For orders below ₹3999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated SMS and Email alert from Shiprocket containing your unique Tracking Link and AWB number. You can use this link to track your order live until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it from the delivery executive. Take a photo/video and immediately email us at support@celum.in so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
